As a Holistic Nutritionist and coach, I am a health enthusiast with a passion for nutritional healing and creative cooking and this blog is where I celebrate the pleasures of helping you to make healthier choices for yourself and your family. I started this blog to help and inspire those who find it difficult to maintain a healthy and balanced diet.
I believe we all have the ability to achieve health and wellbeing through mind-body balance and whole food nutrition. I provide services to individuals who are looking to meet individual goals for health and fitness through bespoke programmes and meal plans to meet their health needs, goals, budget and personal preferences whilst monitoring their progress and making changes to meal plans as required. By following the tailor-made programs designed around your personal goals, you and or your family can achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle. I will work with you to reach your health goals in achieving ideal weight, reducing food cravings and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a better understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that helps to improve your energy level, optimal wellbeing and will boost the quality of your life and self-esteem.
I am also currently studying Stress Management, meditation, drug and alcohol counseling along with Life Coaching which I feel will help clients even more with their journey towards a healthy lifestyle.
More About Me
I live in Dubai with my kind and loving husband, Henry! I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without his constant love, support and encouragement.
I follow a plant-based diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, good fats, nuts and seeds. I try to exclude refined sugar from my diet as much as I can and incorporate natural sweeteners such as figs, dates, agave and maple syrup instead.
I’m a strong believer that we are what we eat and that good food increases quality of life. I believe in fresh, healthy and homemade. I believe that a well balanced food, good light and fresh air are the secrets to happiness and health. What inspires me is when a recipe of mine makes its way into your home.
I have a great passion for people who live life wholeheartedly and those who are putting love out into the world. I get inspired by those who claim the ownership of their lives and stand up for what is right.
In addition to being a health advocate and my love for cooking, I’m passionate about traveling, exploring new places and taking beautiful photos of places I’ve visited. I also love decorating and throwing parties and I do all these because creating beautiful things is part of who I am!
My favorite things are: Family & friends, a warm hug, a genuine smile, recipe books, museums, strolling in a new city, Paris, flea markets, collecting all sorts of unique things, shopping for a beautiful dress, the smell of a freshly brewed coffee, quality chocolate, breakfast in bed, movie nights and a cup of fresh mint tea.
