TIPS FOR making this Smoothie
Most of all I usually freeze the bananas overnight and use it instead of crushed ice, as a result, I prevent my smoothie from diluting and watering down.
When shopping for your honeydew melon, Look for the ones with a creamy white or pale cream rind. You should be able to smell the melon’s aroma if it’s fully ripened. If it’s not quite ripe, let the melon sit at room temperature for a few days.
The sweetness of your smoothie depends on the ripeness and sweetness of the fruits you are using. If you find your smoothie recipe needs a little more sweetness, try to avoid sugar and instead opt for a little honey, agave syrup figs or dates.
