So, In this Smoothie Recipe, I have used kale for its incredibly nutritious and low-calorie nature and avocado for its healthy monounsaturated fats, fibers, vitamins, and minerals, also added coconut water for its super hydrating nature and subtle taste.
Tips for the Ultimate Health Smoothie Recipe!
Most of all I usually freeze the bananas overnight and use it instead of crushed ice, as a result, I prevent my smoothie from diluting and watering down.
- 11/3 cup coconut water
- 2 cups kale, stem removed and chopped
- ½ avocado, skin and pit removed
- 2 ripe frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- In a fast-speed blender, combine all the ingredients together and puree until smooth and serve immediately.
